How ordering works at Awantigo
Awantigo is an online store using a dropshipping model. Once fully launched, customers will select products and pay for their orders directly on awantigo.store through Shopify's secure checkout. There is no need to go to the supplier's website to pay.
- You select a product and check its specifications, the final price, and the available delivery options.
- You pay for the order on Awantigo. Payment is processed through the store's connected payment service.
- Awantigo places the order with a partner supplier who keeps the product in stock.
- The supplier ships the order directly to the customer's address. Once the shipment has been confirmed, the customer will receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
- Awantigo remains the seller and point of contact for questions about the order, cancellations, returns, and the customer's legal rights.
The website is currently in the testing and development phase: new purchases are temporarily unavailable. The launch date will be announced after products, suppliers, legal details, and payment systems have been verified. Existing orders will not be automatically canceled.
The shipping address, delivery times, shipping costs, and any potential import duties will depend on the specific product and must be clearly stated before payment. Not all products are shipped from warehouses in the EU. The seller's obligations and the customer's rights remain in effect regardless of the warehouse's location.
Please do not transfer money directly to suppliers or through private messages on behalf of Awantigo.

Ako budú fungovať objednávky
Awantigo pripravuje obchod založený na modeli dropshippingu. Po spustení si zákazník vyberie produkt a zaplatí priamo na awantigo.store, nie na stránke dodávateľa. Awantigo následne objedná tovar od dodávateľa, ktorý ho odošle priamo zákazníkovi. Awantigo bude predávajúcim a kontaktným miestom pre podporu, reklamácie a odstúpenie od zmluvy.
Momentálne prebieha testovanie: nové objednávky sa neprijímajú. Pred spustením je potrebné overiť dodávateľov, produkty, obchodné údaje a platby. Informácie o dodaní, konečnej cene a prípadných dovozných poplatkoch budú uvedené pred zaplatením.
How ordering will work
Awantigo is preparing a dropshipping store. Once sales open, customers will order and pay directly on awantigo.store, not on the supplier's website. Awantigo will purchase the selected items from a supplier, who will ship directly to the customer. Awantigo will remain the seller and point of contact for customer service, returns and consumer rights.
The store is currently in testing: new purchases are temporarily unavailable. Supplier verification, legal seller information, product safety and checkout need to be completed before sales open. Shipping terms, the total price and any import charges will be displayed before payment.
