We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a particular item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the returned item should be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
