Buyers in the EU are generally entitled to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (subject to legal exceptions). A withdrawal notice can be sent to antonmasalovych@gmail.com. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. By law, a refund is issued without undue delay, no later than 14 days after the notice; in specified cases, the seller is entitled to wait until the goods are received or proof of their dispatch is provided.
Opening standard packaging does not in itself deprive the buyer of the right of withdrawal. The seller's legal liability for lack of conformity of goods with the contract in the EU is at least two years. In the event of defects, statutory remedies apply, including repair and replacement, or, under appropriate conditions, a price reduction or refund. Some of the electronics sold may be shipped directly from outside the EU; the country of shipment, taxes, and customs duties depend on the specific order. From July 1, 2026, a temporary fee of €3 for small shipments up to €150 applies per separate tariff category of goods in the package, and not necessarily per individual item. IOSS relates to the payment of import VAT and does not cancel customs duties. Before ordering, the buyer must see the total cost and agreed delivery terms.
Compliance of electronics with EU requirements, including product safety, mandatory labeling, and WEEE, battery, and packaging regulations, is verified for each product and the corresponding role of the seller/importer. The publication of this page does not confirm that specific goods have passed verification.
Práva spotrebiteľa (Slovensko)
Spotrebiteľ má pri nákupe na diaľku spravidla právo odstúpiť od zmluvy bez uvedenia dôvodu do 14 dní od prevzatia tovaru; platia zákonné výnimky. Oznámenie o odstúpení môžete zaslať na antonmasalovych@gmail.com. Tovar odošlite späť do 14 dní od odstúpenia. Obchodník musí vrátiť prijaté platby v zákonnej lehote, spravidla do 14 dní od oznámenia, pričom za zákonných podmienok môže počkať na vrátenie tovaru alebo doklad o jeho odoslaní. Za vady a nesúlad tovaru so zmluvou zodpovedá predávajúci spravidla dva roky. Pri zásielkach dovážaných z krajín mimo EÚ môžu vzniknúť DPH, clo a poplatky za colné konanie. Informácie o konečnej cene a doručení musia byť jasné pred objednaním.
